Last month, synthetic cannabinoids, which are often sprayed on herbal smoking products such as ‘Spice’ (previously known as ‘legal highs’) were made illegal by the Home Office as a class B drug.
What makes a ‘synthetic cannabinoid’ in terms of the law?
